Delete your Raffica account
Raffica is a game by Filippo Saretta. You can delete your account at any time, for free, without telling us why.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Raffica and tap Settings.
- Tap Account, then Delete account.
- Confirm. For security, the game may ask you to sign in again.
Your account is deleted right away.
Without the app
Email info@filipposaretta.com with the subject “Account deletion”, from the email address linked to the account, and include your username. If you used Apple’s “Hide My Email”, write from any address with your username: we may ask for a confirmation to make sure the account is yours.
We delete the account within 30 days and let you know when it’s done.
What we delete
- your account: email and sign-in identifiers (Apple, Google, email and password);
- your username;
- your scores on every leaderboard and the “ghosts” of your runs;
- the challenge codes you created;
- your online save: progress, missions, achievements and stats;
- the messages you sent us from the game and the reports about you;
- the anti-abuse counters linked to your account.
What stays, and for how long

If you subscribe to the Club
Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription: cancel it from the store (iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions; Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions).
